You know how when you read a blog you want to see or learn something new? Well, here's my contribution: when you're on a treadmill and you are wearing a big bulky sweatshirt and you get hot and you decide to take it off while you are still walking (briskly) on the treadmill, and you take the machine's safety auto-stop cord off your sweatshirt, don't just set it on the treadmill's control panel instead of reattaching it to another piece of clothing IMMEDIATELY the way any sane person would do who is trying to struggle out of a bulky sweatshirt (which involves, of course, having your head covered for an unsafe amount of time while still walking quickly,) because something BAD might happen. And it might involve a rapid dismount from the machine's tread belt. And you might have to spend some time not using your treadmill when you'd really like to, but instead sitting on the couch watching reality tv and thinking about using common sense next time you find yourself in that situation. Just a thought. You're welcome.
